[:ja]グローバル課題研究I〜チームビルディング〜[:en]Global Research Project I – Team Building -[:]
[:ja]前回の授業で、SDGs１７項目に関連する各個人の研究トピックを共有して、班を作りました。
できるだけ３〜４人で班をつくるようにアドバイスしましたが、今年は４２班が出来上がりました。
今日はチームビルディングのために、まずはマシュマロタワーチャレンジです。限られた材料を用いて一番高い構造物を作った班が優勝です。
チームビルディングの後は、自分たちの研究テーマに関する文献検索です。一人一冊読む本を決めて読み、研究テーマへの理解を深めていきます。
[:en]In the last lesson, they wrote their individual topics related to SDGs and shared the topics with all of them. Then, they made groups based on their individual interests.
We adviced them to have 3 to 4 students in one group, but some groups consisted of 5 members. In the end, we have 42 groups for 2017 Global Research Project I.
What they did as a group for the first time was to build a marshmallow tower for team building. The team that created the tallest tower was a winner. They looked so fun, and the relationships among group members was warmed up.
After the teambuilding activity, they resaerched some literatures for their research topics. They have to read one book individually so as to improve their knowledge about their topics.
